2. No Physical Returns

 
Our services are digital in nature; therefore, no physical products are shipped or returned.
 

3. Refund Eligibility

 
We aim for complete client satisfaction. However, refunds may be approved only in specific cases:
  • If the project has not yet been started and work has not commenced.
  • If a double payment or billing error occurs.
  • If a major deliverable cannot be completed due to technical limitations on our end.
 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

 
Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Change of mind after project initiation.
  • Delays caused by incomplete client input or feedback.
  • Services that have been delivered in part or in full.
  • Digital marketing campaigns that have already launched.
 

5. Refund Processing

 
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
 

6. Cancellation Policy

 
Clients may request project cancellation before work begins. Once development, marketing, or consulting work has started, cancellations will not qualify for a refund.
